A client asked for a tasting sample of cupcakes. I am doing 200 of these for her wedding in October. Cupcakes are chocolate with chocolate buttercream icing, vanilla with vanilla buttercream icing and red velvet with cream cheese icing. And yes, I made the cupcake wraps myself.
A lady who has become a repeat customer several times over (never get tired of those) ordered this cake and cupcakes for her little girl's birthday. Don't you just love the ladybugs? This is the first attempt I have made with fondant roses in a long time. I still have a lot to learn.
