Batman!!!

My most faithful return customer asked for a Batman cake for her 2 yr old's birthday. She sent me a photo of exactly the pose she wanted and I recreated it in buttercream. I had some issues with this cake and ended up decorating it at 3 a.m. That's dedication isn't it .... isn't it???

A Very British Birthday

 I got a last minute request for a British themed birthday cake for a 91st Birthday. The cake is lemon with a lemon meringue pudding filling. All the London scenes and the Happy Birthday banner are hand painted.

A Co-worker's Wedding

A co-worker of my wife's got married and asked me to do her wedding cake, well, small cake and cupcakes. The cupcakes were all adorned with a fondant yellow and black Gerber daisy, as was the cake.

Angry Birds Cupcakes

Cheerleader Birthday

This isn't the first cheerleading theme birthday cake I've done but it is the first in a long time. Bottom level is done in buttercream icing with fondant accents. Top level covered in black fondant with fondant accents.
