Game of Thrones Birthday

This year my son asked for a Game of Thrones theme for his Birthday cake. The iron throne has to rate as one of

the most interesting things I have ever made with fondant.

When you're a cake decorator no one wants to make your birthday cake. You have to do it yourself. I have been extremely busy of late and so I only had time for a quick simple cake. I've wanted to do this one for a long time.

Shark Cake

This was a fun cake to do. A Great White Shark bursting out of the top of the cake. Yes that is a mutilated Barbie leg in it's mouth.For a 9 year old boy's birthday.

Green Tiger Cake

What can you call this but the Green Tiger cake? It was ordered by a lady in Israel, for her boyfriend living here  in Mission. The tiger eyes are hand-painted on fondant.

My daughter Ashley is hosting a baby shower for her boyfriend's sister. We came up with a fall theme for the cake and cupcakes

This one was fun to do. A Cars themed cake for a little guy's 2nd birthday. All decorations are fondant.

Royal Bank Cake Show
