My First 4 Tier Wedding Cake

As the title says, this was my first ever 4 tier wedding cake. I had some temperature and humidity related issues with this cake but overall it worked. The cake underneath was vanilla with a coconut buttercream icing and a coconut and raspberry filling. The flowers and leaves were gumpaste.

Bioshock Cake

I'm not a big gamer so I wasn't entirely certain what Bioshock was but my son got me pointed in the right direction. The character is hand-painted gumpaste. The fondant on the cake is airbrushed camouflage.

Puppy Cake

A client asked for a doberman puppy cake for her daughter-in-law's birthday. The head is rice krispie treats covered in fondant, the body is chocolate cake covered in fondant. Then the whole thing was airbrushed.

Grad Cake

Little Mermaid/Minnie Mouse Cake

A combination Little Mermaid and Minnie Mouse birthday cake. Lots of fun making the characters.

Ninja Cake

My third cake of the last 4 days. A Ninja Cake for a little boy's birthday.

Zombie Cake

My first ever zombie cake. I always wanted to do one of these.
