A Truck Birthday Cake

Here's the cake I did today for my daughter's boyfriend's birthday. I did my best to make it look just like his real truck. Cake was 27" long. That's a lot of cake!

A Beary happy Birthday

My first cake of the new year. A 30th Birthday cake. I really enjoyed making this one. It turned out just like I had hoped it would.

Game of Thrones Birthday

This year my son asked for a Game of Thrones theme for his Birthday cake. The iron throne has to rate as one of

the most interesting things I have ever made with fondant.

Orange Flower Cake

My latest birthday cake. She liked orange and I like bright cakes.

My own birthday cake

When you're a cake decorator no one wants to make your birthday cake. You have to do it yourself. I have been extremely busy of late and so I only had time for a quick simple cake. I've wanted to do this one for a long time.

Shark Cake

This was a fun cake to do. A Great White Shark bursting out of the top of the cake. Yes that is a mutilated Barbie leg in it's mouth. For a 9 year old boy's birthday.

Green Tiger Cake

What can you call this but the Green Tiger cake? It was ordered by a lady in Israel, for her boyfriend living here  in Mission. The tiger eyes are hand-painted on fondant.
