A little something for dessert

There are advantages to being married to a cake decorator. I whipped this up for dessert this evening.

Winnie the Pooh Cupcakes

Some Winnie the Pooh inspired cupcakes for a little girl's birthday. The Winnie the Pooh figures are hand painted fondant.

Michael Jackson Lady GaGa Cake

A very unique cake request for a Michael Jackson/Lady Gaga theme cake for a 25th birthday. The silhouettes are hand painted fondant.

A Mickey Mouse Birthday

This cake is for a little guy who loves the mickey mouse club. Mom will be adding some figurines to this cake to really dress it up. Cake underneath is chocolate with a Bavarian cream filling.

Oscar Themed Birthday Cake

A repeat client asked for what has to be my most detailed cake to date. An Oscar themed birthday cake for a little girl who dreams of being an actress. The bottom cake is chocolate, the middle red velvet and the top vanilla.

A Rainbow Snake

A 5th birthday for a little girl that is in to snakes, ... and geckos. Cake inside is rainbow cake

A Book for her Birthday.

My airbrush also got a workout on this book cake. I was going for a real leathery look on the cover and I think I succeeded.
