My second ever wedding cake was featured at a reception at the Botanical gardens at U.B.C. Pretty heady locale wouldn't you say. As always I was a nervous wreck getting the cake there and there were some small issues but, as you can see, the final result was a success. The cake was a lemon cake with buttercream icing and filling, topped with raspberries and blueberries.
Thank you Larry, the cake was absolutely AMAZING. I am so glad we got to freeze some, as Stephen and I are so looking forward to tasting it again on our first anniversary! It was just lovely!
